After finishing the modeling and lookdev, I really wanted to create some effects on top of a small cinematic. Right now I'm working on the camera direction and framing. I've already started working on the main simulation, which will be of the church on fire, and it's been a really cool process to delve deeper into Pyro. I intend to build more layers of effects when I finish the main effect, which will destroy some parts of the church as the fire grows.
Some references I found on the internet, which are very similar to what I have in mind for this project!!!
The process was one of the most challenging and most rewarding, I managed to learn a lot about UV's within Houdini, how to better optimize UDIM spaces and how to better organize my attributes and groups, for a more optimized opening.
Some tests I did with PYRO and other RBD, it's not finished yet!!! I intend to dedicate myself to finishing it soon to finally focus only on the lights and the final render. I'm currently working on it!
