Animation and illustration play a key role in bridging this gap. They help translate complex medical journeys into something more accessible and engaging. Especially in digital environments, where attention is limited, visual storytelling becomes a powerful tool to guide users, simplify information and create a more intuitive experience.

The goal was to support patients navigating one of the most sensitive and complex moments of their lives. The website was designed to help people find guidance, understand their journey and access the support they need after a diagnosis, often a moment filled with uncertainty and questions.
Our team contributed to this experience through a series of animated 3D illustrations designed to complement this guidance. The concept was built around post-it notes filled with handwritten annotations, evolving into symbolic forms that visually represent direction, organization, and decision-making throughout the patient journey.

Each element was carefully developed to feel both personal and informative, combining the familiarity of everyday objects with the precision of 3D animation. The transformation of these post-its into symbols reinforces the idea of making sense of information step by step, helping users feel more oriented and supported as they navigate the platform.
